Originally hailing from the suburbs of Chicago, Jacqueline achieved an impressive feat by graduating high school at the young age of 16. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Western Illinois University and has furthered her academic pursuits with a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

As a hardworking midwesterner, Jacqueline, accompanied by her husband, Mike, embarked on a journey to Citrus Hills through a discovery package and instantly fell in love with the community's world-class amenities, all within a budget that suited their needs. To fully immerse themselves in the experience, they rented a villa in Terra Vista for a month, savoring the pleasures of golfing, dining at Skyview, indulging in spa treatments, and dancing the night away at the Tiki Bar. What truly captured their hearts was the proximity to the Nature Coast, where Mike could navigate the timeless canals of Crystal River, swim alongside manatees, spot playful dolphins, and enjoy some leisurely fishing—all conveniently located less than 20 minutes away. It was a dream retirement scenario for this former government worker and 5th-grade teacher.

However, retirement wasn't on Jacqueline's horizon just yet. With a robust background as a full-time teacher spanning over two decades, she had always supplemented her income with real estate endeavors. Taking a step towards this passion, she applied at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, and her inaugural sale happened to be her very own home in Citrus Hills!

Jacqueline swiftly made her mark in the real estate arena, representing both buyers and sellers and amassing an impressive sales volume of over $3.5 million in her first year with Berkshire Hathaway. In her subsequent year with the company, she joined the Brentwood Team, leveraging her deep understanding of retirement planning and the intricacies of relocating across the country, away from cherished friends and family.

Florida's inviting weather initially lured Jacqueline and her husband to the Sunshine State. However, the added allure of Florida's lack of state tax on pensions or income, coupled with the homestead exemption for primary homes, made the move even more enticing.

Drawing from her personal experience, Jacqueline empathizes with the uncertainty and anxieties that often accompany retirement and relocation. Having navigated these decisions herself, she recognizes that they require careful consideration and planning. Accordingly, she tailors her approach to working with buyers and sellers to accommodate their individual timelines and preferences.

Residing in Citrus Hills, Jacqueline finds solace in leisurely activities like boating, pursuing her passion for metal detecting, and indulging in oil painting whenever she can find the time.
