CDD Fees

At 55 communities Central Florida, we believe in transparency and want our residents to fully understand all aspects of their living experience. One area that we often get questions about is CDD fees. CDD fees are a type of tax levied on residents in certain communities to fund the development and maintenance of infrastructure and community facilities. In contrast, HOA fees are used for the upkeep of common areas and enforcement of community rules. It's important to note that not all communities have CDD fees, and the amount can vary depending on the community and the specific property. If you have any questions about CDD fees or how they may affect you as a resident, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Typical Fees run $129-$300/month
